Minimum of 12 years of experience
Minimum 2 years with the organization
Equivalent to VP or higher designation
Previous teaching / speaking experience (preferred)
Companies based in and around London, Manchester, Oxford or Cambridge
Should have an annual revenue
of over $100 million
